Iwatou Keisoku Co., Ltd. began selling the "Semiconductor Curve Tracer CS-5400," which is positioned as the highest model in the "Semiconductor Curve Tracer CS-5000 Series" that has been released traditionally, starting from May 22, 2012. The shipment is scheduled to begin in late August of the same year. The price is 13 million yen. It will be sold through Iwatou Keisoku's domestic and international sales agents, and the company expects to sell 25 units of the CS-5400 over the next year.
