Achieved complete runnerless design for super engineering plastics and biomass plastics, which have been considered difficult to convert to hot runner systems!

The "SEPT" hot runner system, compatible with super engineering plastics, significantly improves the long-standing issue of "uneven temperature distribution in nozzles" through a patented heating technology, making it suitable for resins with narrow temperature ranges, such as super engineering plastics and biomass plastics. By using wear-resistant materials for the parts, it can also reduce gate wear when working with glass fiber-reinforced resins. Additionally, by minimizing the size of the cylinder, it enables independent control of each gate with a minimum gate pitch of 30mm.
