The iQ-Flatlight, equipped with a spectral variable iQ-LED light source, uses ten iQ-LEDs to reproduce almost all light sources for large reflective test charts. This all-in-one light source significantly expands the capabilities of testing labs. The iQ-Flatlight comes with iQ-LED software (dedicated software for iQ-LED control) and a spectrometer, allowing for optimal lighting throughout the entire product lifespan. The LE7 is a highly uniform integrating sphere light source equipped with a spectrum-variable iQ-LED light source, which can be used with a transmissive test chart to improve the efficiency of camera image quality testing. A powerful and flexible lightbox with high brightness and flicker mode.

The LG3 is a lightbox for transmissive test charts. Unlike typical lightboxes, the LG3 has an extremely high brightness, capable of illuminating test charts with a high dynamic range of up to 150,000 lx. Its flexible dimming function also allows for the generation of low-light conditions. Another main feature of the LG3 is the flicker mode. In flicker mode, frequencies ranging from 10 to 500 Hz and variable duty cycles can be selected. This feature makes it easier to simulate flickering light sources with variable frequencies. Spectral sensitivity measurement and transmission plates for camera color correction! Introducing the selected test chart from Image Engineering!

The camSPECS plate "TE292" was developed as an option for the measurement device "camSPECS," where all interference filters are mounted on a single "test chart," to be used with the LE7, a transmission chart integral sphere light source equipped with a highly uniform iQ-LED light source. In contrast to the halogen light source of the camSPECS device, the iQ-LED light source of the LE7 can generate custom spectra that replicate multiple light sources for camera characterization and calibration. The TE292 comes in two versions with different filter diameters (standard version TE292A and XL version TE292B), as well as a VIS-IR version TE292B-VIS-IR that extends the wavelength range from 380nm to 1050nm, all of which include the camSPECS software (dedicated software for operating camSPECS products). Unlike the camSPECS device, the TE292 cannot be used alone, so a uniform lighting device like the LE7 is required. It can be used with any version or variation of the LE7, but is sold separately from the LE7.

The "TE42" is an analysis chart manufactured by ImageEngineering, which we handle. It is a multipurpose test chart that can be used with cameras ranging from 2 to 170 megapixels. By capturing just one image under consistent lighting conditions, you can obtain an overview of the camera's image quality performance. Additionally, it consists of patterns for analyzing resolution, texture reproduction, sharpness, dynamic range, noise, color reproduction, distortion, chromatic aberration, and visual aspects. When testing digital cameras, an important metric is resolution. The resolution that complies with ISO standard 12233 (digital still cameras) and ISO standard 16067 (scanners) refers to the ability of an image capture device to reproduce the details of the scene being photographed. What is important here is that the number of pixels is not the same as resolution. The number of pixels is necessary to achieve the required resolution, but not only optical components such as lenses and aliasing removal filters, but also image processing significantly affects the camera's resolution. Additionally, the smaller the number of pixels, the greater the impact of optical components on the resulting resolution. Measuring the camera's characteristic curve is one of the important tests. The function obtained as a result is called the Optical-Electrical Conversion Function (OECF). OECF measurements can be conducted based on ISO standards 14524 and 15739, using one of the well-known charts: "TE264," "TE269," or "TE270." These standard charts use a halftone process to create gray levels on lithographic film. For waveform monitors, "TE223" with a horizontal grayscale is recommended. Introducing the carefully selected test chart from ImageEngineering!

The color reproduction test chart (color chart) is used to check the quality of a camera's color correction (reproducibility). On the other hand, this can also be seen as a subjective analysis of preferred colors and a measurement of color reproduction. In the latter case, the image is converted to the CIELAB space, and the color values are compared with the measured colors of the original target. A good method is to use the camSPECS device to measure spectral sensitivity. A commonly used chart for cameras in this field is the X-Rite ColorChecker, but ImageEngineering sells it as "TE188," while the IT8 for scanners is sold as "TE258." "TE226" is a transparent extended version of the ColorChecker. For cameras, the extended version becomes the X-Rite ColorChecker SG, which is sold as "TE230" and has become the standard test chart.
