The electric cold glue head Sempre 15 and 30 can be used for non-contact application of emulsions with medium viscosity. They excel in durability and high-speed responsiveness, allowing for precise bead and dot application even on high-speed lines. The top of the head is equipped with an adjustment mechanism that allows for fine-tuning of the discharge amount, making it possible to evenly adjust the application amount of each head in a system using multiple heads from a single pump. Options such as 'CleanStart' to prevent skinning at the nozzle tip, a manual discharge switch, and product guides can be selected, enabling implementation in an optimal configuration tailored to production lines and requirements. In the case of Sempre 15, it is an electric head that does not require a genuine controller, allowing for application control from a PLC or similar device.
