A comprehensive disaster prevention drill was conducted at the headquarters and Urasa factory.

In early October, we conducted comprehensive disaster prevention drills at both the headquarters and the Urasa factory.
During the headquarters drill, we introduced a shakeout drill for the first time to ensure that participants could quickly take safety actions such as "drop down low, protect your head, and stay still" in the event of an earthquake. We also borrowed a water extinguisher from the local fire department, allowing everyone to experience firefighting.
At the Urasa factory, we conducted a drill simulating a situation where evacuation routes were blocked. We aimed to instill the habit of regularly checking multiple emergency exits so that participants could evacuate calmly in case of an emergency.
Although comprehensive disaster prevention drills tend to become routine each year, the disaster prevention committees at each site are planning these drills through trial and error to ensure that correct judgments can be made during emergencies.
