A series of shaft-mounted potentiometers in the minimum size of 9.5mm has been introduced.

We offer a variety of options for resistance values and characteristics, as well as shaft lengths and shapes, with the possibility to choose from 1, 2, or 4 connections.

A new model that supports shafts from φ9 to 5/8 inches has been added to the RS-485 absolute encoder series.

We offer an absolute type of robust and high-precision capacitive AMT encoder that supports serial communication. This time, the AMT24 series has been newly introduced, compatible with shaft diameters of φ9mm to 5/8 inch, using RS-485.

A new size expansion of the potentiometer, the 24mm size has arrived.

A 24mm size potentiometer has been released. It comes in two series: the PTN24A without a push switch and the PTN24B with a push switch, both of which are user-friendly products that include panel mounting washers and nuts.

Affordable type 11 mechanical rotary encoder

A new product has been launched in the affordable mechanical encoder category. The RIC11 series, which is about 12mm square (Type 11) and comes with a push switch, offers options for through-hole and SMT. It allows for the selection of shaft lengths ranging from 10mm to 19.5mm (8 stages) and their shapes (D-cut/knurled). Additionally, there are two types of resolution available: 20 PPR/20 clicks and 15 PPR/30 clicks, making it suitable for a wide range of design requirements.

A new model of the CUI potentiometer with a size of 16.5mm and a metal shaft has been released. It comes with washers and nuts for panel mounting, and options for a dual type and a type with a push switch are also available. There are many options for shaft shapes and types of connection terminals, allowing us to meet a variety of requests.

AMT series of robust and high-precision rotary encoders with unique capacitive technology.

Since the release of the first generation in 2006 by CUI Devices, the AMT series has built an excellent track record with high reliability and accuracy. It is more robust than optical encoders, resistant to various harsh conditions such as dust, dirt, and oil, and has far superior resistance to vibration and extreme temperatures. Additionally, it does not use LEDs, resulting in a longer lifespan, smaller size, and lower current consumption (6-18mA). It is robust like magnetic encoders, unaffected by magnetic interference or EMC noise, while achieving higher precision and resolution. Moreover, due to its digital nature, users can flexibly change the encoder's resolution. In capacitive encoders, the resolution can be set programmatically, which not only helps optimize the system when designing PID control loops but also allows one model to be used across multiple applications, reducing inventory holding. For BLDC motors, it enables the digital setting of index pulses and alignment, and the diagnostic features included in CUI's GUI software allow users to quickly troubleshoot on-site.

CUI's AMT encoders are a lineup of robust and high-precision capacitive hollow shaft encoders designed for installation on motor shafts. Among them, a new incremental encoder that allows resolution settings via DIP switches has been introduced, making it the first type compatible with shafts ranging from φ9mm to 5/8 inch in diameter.
