CUI's AMT encoders are a lineup of robust and high-precision capacitive hollow shaft encoders designed for installation on motor shafts. Among them, a new incremental encoder that allows resolution settings via DIP switches has been introduced, making it the first type compatible with shafts ranging from φ9mm to 5/8 inch in diameter.

The V-kit includes 10 types of sleeves (for φ9~15.875mm) that can accommodate various shafts. Resolution setting changes via DIP switches (96~4096 PPR, 16 levels) are possible. Being capacitive, it does not have a lifespan like an LED and can operate normally in dusty environments and non-conductive liquids. Operating temperature range: -40 to 125°C Accuracy: 0.2° Orthogonal signal output for A phase and B phase (differential output options for A+, A-, B+, B- available).
