This is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof liquid filling machine that can be used in hazardous locations. It contributes to the automation of filling operations in explosion-proof areas. Additionally, by installing a weighing scale on the machine side, it can also accommodate the JIS standard for automatic weighing. This is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof scale that can be used in hazardous locations. It is also possible to manufacture certified products (for transaction proof). We have a wide variety of weighing/load surfaces available.

Since we design and manufacture in-house, we can accommodate specifications that meet customer requests, such as when there are dimensional restrictions at the installation site or when updating to match existing foundations. We can also produce products with weighing/measurement dimensions not listed in the catalog. You can choose materials such as SS or all stainless steel. We also offer ultra-thin low-profile explosion-proof floor scales. Because we use pressure-resistant explosion-proof load cells and pressure-resistant explosion-proof indicators that meet labor inspection standards, we can easily comply with fire inspections. The indicators are our own products, so they can be customized to meet customer needs, including control of external devices such as solenoid valves and communication with higher-level systems (DCS, PC) beyond simple weighing. We also provide printers for safe location installation and data recorders that can save weighing data in CSV format.
