"AINECT" is a WMS software (Warehouse Management System) that enables the optimization of picking operations in logistics and manufacturing sites, visualization of inventory, and understanding of productivity. Furthermore, by utilizing cloud technology, it has become possible to respond flexibly to fluctuations in logistics operations. By building a picking system, which is a strength of AiOi, with flexible hardware and the newly released software "AINECT" that features excellent scalability in WMS functions, we approach on-site challenges from both hardware and software perspectives, establishing a robust foundation that is resilient to change. Additionally, it is a highly versatile semi-scratch type software that can scale up from small to medium-sized operations. The "Mechanical Stitching Method" by Nichinichisui Road Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new technique that allows for the repair of metal cracks without the application of heat. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without affecting the base material with heat. Repairs can be carried out in environments where open flames cannot be used.
