By focusing on the methane gas contained in biogas and measuring its concentration, we can indirectly determine the calorific value. For measuring methane gas concentration, we use an infrared gas sensor that utilizes the infrared absorption wavelength of gas molecules. This allows for rapid and highly accurate measurement of gas concentration even in high concentration areas. It is equipped with a compact and inexpensive pressure reduction and flow rate stabilization system, enabling the extraction of process gas and real-time data acquisition. What is an Air Leak Tester? An "Air Leak Tester" is a device that pressurizes the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece with air and determines the presence of leaks based on pressure changes. When a master with no leaks and a workpiece with leaks are pressurized, the pressure on the workpiece side decreases, creating a pressure difference between the two. By measuring this pressure difference, the presence of leaks can be determined.
