Low ceiling compatible painting booth TB21-23BS

The TB21-23BS is a paint booth designed for installation with a painting robot. It is a low-ceiling specification paint booth that can be introduced in workplaces with low ceiling heights. The total height is approximately 2,840mm, and the exhaust fan is designed on the side of the booth to keep the height low. High-purity mineral oil is used for the cleaning solution. The low-profile design allows for conversation even in front of the booth. The cleaning solution uses oil (TAKBO OIL), making it resistant to rust and providing a long lifespan of about 30 years. ● Low noise design of approximately 63db ● Dust removal efficiency of about 95% ● Long lifespan of approximately 30 years ● Oil is used in the cleaning solution ● Oil can be used semi-permanently (in case of paint sludge recovery)

The explosion-proof fluorescent lights have been replaced with LED lighting. ● Brighter than explosion-proof fluorescent lights! LED lighting achieves the same brightness with significantly lower power consumption compared to explosion-proof fluorescent lights. ● More faithful color representation of paints! LED lighting reproduces colors similar to natural light, allowing for a more accurate display of paint colors. ● Reduced power consumption and energy-saving! Compared to fluorescent lights with a power consumption of about 40W, LED lighting consumes approximately 14.7 to 25W, resulting in about half the power-saving effect.
