CLEARSTAR(R) is a vacuum emulsification device/system capable of CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place). With the strong shear force and pumping capability of the Neo Kaiser(R) stirring unit located below the tank, the entire material can be uniformly stirred through external circulation (from the bottom of the tank to the external circulation piping and back to the top of the tank). ◎ The model 5 is a research prototype of CLEARSTAR(R). ◎ Scale-up is possible!

Filmix® is a mixer (dispersion stirring device) that enables sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult with conventional high-speed stirrers. Emulsification and dispersion in seconds significantly shorten research and development time. The 56-L model is capable of both batch and continuous operation on a tabletop. Once the conditions are set in batch mode, continuous experiments can be conducted by assembling a line. This single unit can be compactly used for everything from research and development to small-scale production!

Telecorta has been renewed to be even more resistant to high viscosity! It demonstrates effectiveness in dissolution, dispersion, and mixing for high viscosity stirring (patent obtained). Testing is currently being accepted.

The Telecolta R is a stirring blade that generates a strong liquid flow by adopting a propeller shape while possessing dispersion power equivalent to that of a homodisperse. It exhibits strong dispersion power with the main wings that have their tips bent, and the auxiliary wings, which are slightly larger in diameter than the main wings, help reduce the entrapment of bubbles.
