A student team from Delft, Netherlands, is developing a bipropellant rocket powered by hydrogen peroxide. In the search for optimal components, KELLER Pressure became involved. Rockets using hydrogen peroxide as a propellant are not new. However, this fuel method has hardly been used since World War II and the early days of space development. "We wanted to recreate this fuel at a student level, in a low-cost and from-scratch development approach. Initially, the goal was simply to 'get it to fly,' but as we progressed, we evolved to the stage of designing a 'flyable vehicle.'" Two types of KELLER Pressure sensors are being used (M5HB for measuring pressure inside the engine and 7LC for measuring the pressure in the hydrogen peroxide and ethanol tanks). These sensors are lightweight, compact, and have excellent material compatibility. Additionally, the fact that the technical specifications are openly published has been appreciated. All necessary information can be checked on the website, allowing for compatibility assessments without needing to contact the sales representative. Communication after the decision to use the products was also smooth. For more details, please check the related links below!

In recent years, we have received numerous requests for extending the lifespan of operational equipment. With the advancement of high functionality in both equipment and components, the specialization of repair services has progressed. Along with this specialization, it has become increasingly difficult to provide comprehensive "repairs" through integrated diagnostics and verification. With the establishment of this service center, we will offer one-stop regeneration and lifespan extension through "comprehensive diagnostics of equipment" by our skilled engineers and the "integration of specialized techniques" from partner engineers located nationwide.

● This is a leak testing device for small electronic components that does not use fluorinated inert liquids (PFAS-free). ● There is no longer a need for unstable visual confirmation through liquid immersion testing. It adopts a quantitative testing method that allows for stable pressure leak testing. ● It is a tabletop leak testing device specifically for gross leaks, with accuracy equal to or greater than that of liquid immersion testing. ● The detectable range is approximately 1×10⁻² Pa·m³/s to 1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s (varies depending on the target product). ● It is suitable for sealed structures ranging from a few millimeters to a maximum of 80 × 70 mm. Please feel free to contact us for more information!
