Nitto Kohki will exhibit at the "30th Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition [Tokyo]" held at Makuhari Messe Hall 5 from July 9 (Wednesday) to July 11 (Friday). "Overcoming Resource Shortages - How Introducing Inside Sales Changed the Sales Environment" While lead acquisition through exhibitions and newsletters was progressing smoothly, Shinano Kenshi faced challenges in responding to and following up with new leads. There was a demand for a structured approach to lead nurturing within the limited sales resources, as they encountered issues such as "appointments do not lead to negotiations or deals" and "building ongoing relationships is difficult." In this seminar, we will introduce how the implementation of inside sales outsourcing helped establish a lead nurturing system, allowing the sales team to focus on "high-quality negotiations." We will also share the process of transitioning from outsourcing to establishing an in-house inside sales department that continues to generate results, using real examples.
