[Seminar] Fundamentals and Practices of Management to Achieve Organizational Change
[Instructor]
Shunsuke Suzuki, President and CEO, Management Techniques Co., Ltd.
[Key Lecture Content]
In a rapidly changing business environment, we are compelled to collaborate with people from various backgrounds every day and to push our proposals and ideas through amidst the intersection of diverse opinions and values. However, for some reason, good ideas are often not understood or accepted. Why is that? To implement new initiatives within an organization, it is necessary to overcome multiple barriers and unify stakeholders with differing opinions and values.
In this seminar, we will explain a "management theory" that has not been commonly addressed, based on various perspectives such as organizational theory, psychology, communication theory, and political economy. We will cover communication techniques that promote changes in people's behaviors and attitudes, storytelling that generates empathy, and the building of trust relationships, all aimed at achieving transformation within organizations.
This will be beneficial not only for proposals within organizations but also for improving interpersonal skills in a wide range of situations, including BtoB sales negotiations and the building of everyday human relationships.
