The pressure sensor series 23SX is a high-precision pressure sensor that compensates for temperature dependence and non-linearity through mathematical correction within the microcontroller. It comes standard with two outputs: digital RS485 and analog output via a D/A converter. With a fully welded structure that does not use internal seals, it can be used in a wide range of applications. The capacitive pressure sensor series 41X is designed to measure gauge pressure in low pressure ranges. Through a mathematical correction method, it achieves high accuracy of ±0.2 to 0.3% FS even in low pressure measurements within a temperature range of 10 to 50°C.
