Everglass Court 12 Years Ago - Preview Edition 1
This request comes from a customer for whom we applied "Everglass Coat" about 12 years ago. They asked, "Can you make it look nice?" so I decided to go for a preliminary inspection right away.
<Preliminary Inspection>
The request was to "make it look nice," but at first glance, it appears to be very clean. Upon speaking with the customer, I learned that they are concerned about uneven patches from a water-based wax they applied themselves. Since the flooring is light-colored, it doesn't stand out all the time, but it is visible depending on the sunlight.
<Requests>
1. Remove (strip) only the water-based wax applied over the Everglass Coat.
2. Remove water-based wax from the hallway and living-dining-kitchen (LDK) only, then apply Everglass Coat plus additional treatment.
3. Remove water-based wax from all areas in the hallway, LDK, and Western-style room, then apply Everglass Coat plus additional treatment.
In summary, there are three main options, and we will find a feasible option based on the budget and schedule.
In "Preliminary Inspection Part 2," I will introduce important notes and the schedule for the work.
