Everglass Court 12 Years Ago - Preview Part 2
In "Preview Part 1," we discussed the customer's wishes on the day of the preview. "Preview Part 2" will introduce what happens afterward.
This time, the "refresh renovation" will take place in a regular living state, not after a move or renovation, so there are several things I need to explain in advance.
* It is more important to communicate the disadvantages than the advantages. This is to prevent situations where, once the work begins, you might think, "This isn't what I expected!"
First, regarding Option 3: Since there is a bed in the Western-style room, the work will require moving it (or moving it while working), which will take about three days. During that time, you will not be able to return home, so you will need to secure an alternative place to stay.
For the construction period:
- For Option 1: 1 to 2 days (including drying time)
- For Option 2: 2 days are needed.
After that, we will discuss how clean it will get and what can and cannot be done (such as repairing large scratches), and then it will be completed.
(*We will take photos with the customer's consent during the preview.)
Next is from the estimate to the order confirmation.
