INtime is an event-driven real-time operating system that operates in parallel on the same PC as Windows. It transforms a PC into a control controller for industrial systems, integrating the traditional "PLC + data processing PC + external I/O" into a single unit. ■ It enables high-performance real-time systems on a single industrial PC. ■ It operates on PCs for both commercial and industrial applications. ■ INtime handles control and external I/O, while Windows manages information processing such as HMI, DB, and AI. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact to the base material.
