Jewelry and dental tabletop (small) electro-polishing device

A new tabletop-sized device has been added to the lineup as an electrolytic polishing machine for jewelry and dental applications. By using a dedicated electrolytic solution and media tailored to the target object, it achieves high gloss with minimal shape change. Additionally, unlike traditional electrolytic polishing, it does not use highly toxic substances, and the combination of the device's rotation mechanism with the electrolytic solution and media results in a uniform and smooth surface. It is also capable of easily polishing complex shapes and intricate internal areas. We offer specifications tailored to the specific application.

With the wet zero-gap system, barrel polishing is possible without deformation even for extremely small and thin workpieces, such as those with a thickness of 0.1mm!
