1. Direct Manufacturer Support (Basic): We will handle everything consistently from specification proposals to price presentation and support.
2. Through Sales Partner Companies: If it is necessary to go through a trading company due to your company's internal regulations, transactions can be conducted through designated partner companies. In this case, we will still take direct responsibility for specifications, pricing, and technical support.
3. Introduction: If introduced by partner companies, we will also manage specifications and pricing directly.
While repairs and consumables can be handled through partner companies, core components related to precision will be judged and addressed directly by us.
