WSD Type Cable Clamp for Wiring Holes

● It simply prevents gaps caused by different wiring sizes or multiple wires. ● The nitrile rubber packing and pile enhance sealing and block gaps caused by different sizes or multiple wires. ● It is effective for reducing cleaning efforts from wood chips and paper dust generated by woodworking and printing machines, as well as for labor accident prevention. ● The base plate and guide plate can be split into two parts, allowing for parts replacement and retrofitting of wiring holes without unplugging cables. ● Wiring replacement during maintenance can be done with a one-touch mechanism without using tools. ● It can accommodate multiple wires of various sizes. Wiring can be supported up to φ20. For φ20, WSD-70 can accommodate 3 wires, WSD-140 can accommodate 6 wires, and WSD-280 can accommodate 12 wires. ● The tightening force of the packing can be adjusted in two stages. ● Grounding can be obtained from the main body fixing screw hole of the wiring hole.

Waterproof and dustproof grommet; frame grommet

● This is a grommet that prevents water and dust from entering through the penetration hole when passing cables through machines. We offer three types of grommets and a frame-type grommet. ● It complies with waterproof and dustproof IP standards. (Grommet: IP67, Frame Grommet: IP65) ● No special tools are required, and it can be installed with a single touch. ● It uses flame-retardant materials that comply with the flammability standard UL94HB. ● The use of soft materials helps reduce the strain on cables due to vibrations. ● The membrane at the cable penetration area maintains waterproof and dustproof performance even before the cables are passed through. ● It can also be used as a sealing plug, which is convenient if the number of cables increases later.
