[Developed Product] We have developed a new [FE] specification that achieves even lighter release than the conventional fluorosilicone type [FB].

A new fluorosilicone development specification [FE] has been added to the IM Release Film (R) (non-silicone type). It has achieved a 30-50% reduction in peel strength compared to the conventional [FB] for strong adhesive acrylic tape and silicone adhesive tape. Additionally, the silicone-free acrylic type [SN] has been introduced in five specifications—750 mN, 2500 mN, 3500 mN, 4500 mN, and 5500 mN/25 mm—to make it easier for customers to choose. IM is expanding the variety of non-silicone release films to help solve issues related to silicone transition troubles and peel selection.

This is an introduction to a release film that solves the problems of Si migration that are likely to occur with lightly releasing silicone separators.

A new EX type has been added to the IM Release Film (R) (silicone type). It features an ultra-light release strength of 14 mN/25 mm while maintaining a residual adhesion rate of over 95%. Additionally, it can be coated on a wide range of easy-adhesion layers, ensuring good adhesion. Even in configurations where printing processing is done on the back, it is unlikely to cause printing defects, allowing for safe use. If you are experiencing issues with decreased adhesion due to silicone transfer or printing defects, please consider evaluating it. The "Coating Matte Film" is a matte (non-glossy) film manufactured in a clean environment (Class 100). It has excellent slip properties and effectively prevents blocking of smooth film products.
