This is an introduction to a release film that solves the problems of Si migration that are likely to occur with lightly releasing silicone separators.
A new EX type has been added to the IM Release Film (R) (silicone type). It features an ultra-light release strength of 14 mN/25 mm while maintaining a residual adhesion rate of over 95%. Additionally, it can be coated on a wide range of easy-adhesion layers, ensuring good adhesion. Even in configurations where printing processing is done on the back, it is unlikely to cause printing defects, allowing for safe use. If you are experiencing issues with decreased adhesion due to silicone transfer or printing defects, please consider evaluating it. Currently, we are only introducing the ultra-light release grade, but we plan to gradually add more options for release strength. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
