"Electroless Ni-P/PTFE composite plating" is an electroless plating that contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) particles. Depending on the content of PTFE, it exhibits characteristic functionalities such as wear resistance and water repellency. It is a new type of functional plating that disperses and co-deposits fluororesin (PTFE) in electroless nickel plating. The coating combines the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and uniformity of electroless nickel plating with the self-lubricating, water-repellent, and non-stick properties of PTFE, making it applicable in various industrial fields.
