The DUKANE-AURIZON rotary ultrasonic sealing unit achieves smoother feeding by rotating the ultrasonic unit in synchronization with the anvil, allowing for processing speeds of up to 150m/min and stable quality. Compared to conventional heat sealing, it has no high-temperature areas, making it safer, and production can start immediately after turning on the device, thereby improving productivity. By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, in addition to bonding, it is also capable of laminating multilayer materials that contain polymer absorbent polymers, as well as embossing patterns and logos.
