The DUKANE-AURIZON rotary ultrasonic sealing unit achieves smoother feeding by rotating the ultrasonic unit in synchronization with the anvil, allowing for processing speeds of up to 150m/min and stable quality. Compared to conventional heat sealing, it has no high-temperature areas, making it safer, and production can start immediately after turning on the device, thereby improving productivity. The unit can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions, accommodating various packaging applications. Additionally, its lightweight and compact design allows for integration into existing equipment. It provides high-speed, high-quality seals for various packaging products, including end seals for vertical and horizontal pouches, overlap seals, top seals for pouch materials, and zip seals.

Dukane-Aurizon's rotary ultrasonic sealing technology can bond various non-woven products without the use of adhesives, at high processing speeds of up to 610 meters per minute. By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, in addition to bonding, it is also capable of laminating multilayer materials that contain polymer absorbent polymers, as well as embossing patterns and logos.

Bonding elastic thread cleanly and safely with a rotary ultrasonic unit without using adhesive! The elasticity of the elastic thread remains unchanged.

Dukane-Aurizon's rotary ultrasonic sealing technology can bond elastic threads, such as those used in diapers, without the use of adhesives, at high processing speeds of up to 600m/min. By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, only the non-woven fabric around the elastic thread is bonded using ultrasound, so the elasticity of the thread itself does not change.

Unlike conventional ultrasonic thickness gauges (UT), there is no need to apply a couplant; thickness measurements can be taken simply by placing the probe on the measurement target, making it ideal for beginners and screening in large-scale sites. It can measure materials with paint, scale, thick linings, and slight surface roughness, significantly reducing the hassle of pre-treatment.
