The Soniseal WD series from Duquesne Orazin is designed for ultrasonic sealing of packages in environments where equipment cleaning is performed, such as food manufacturing sites. Soniseal WD reduces maintenance costs and power consumption, and also shortens cleaning time as it does not require disassembly during cleaning. Soniseal WD can seal at a feed speed of up to 150m/min while maintaining high stability of the sealing condition. The sealing unit has a compact design and can be integrated into various packaging equipment. It supports not only continuous sealing but also sealing with intermittent motion, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The unit, sealed with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel cover, is IP67 compliant and built to withstand high-pressure and hot water cleaning.
