Safety of the disinfectant and deodorizer "Pure Secure"

"Pure Secure" is diluted with pure water to concentrations suitable for various applications, such as 100ppm and 200ppm, and has been carefully developed to maintain chlorine concentration over a long period. Its effectiveness against the novel coronavirus has already been reported in a Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry report on May 29, indicating that it is being used for disinfection.
Tap water is disinfected with sodium hypochlorite. Table salt contains sodium and has been used as a seasoning for a long time. Sodium hypochlorite, when used at the appropriate concentration, can eliminate harmful bacteria and viruses, and is designated as a food additive disinfectant.
When sodium hypochlorite is mentioned, it is often associated with "Haiter," which includes types that contain surfactants and falls under the category of detergents. In principle, sodium hypochlorite formulations designated as food additive disinfectants do not contain surfactants and are intended to be used with strictly defined dilution concentrations, primarily for food hygiene management in commercial applications. Pure Secure is a product that uses "food additive disinfectant as a raw material" without any surfactants.
