An article on "the appointment of Vietnamese managers" was published in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.

On March 3, 2020, the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun published an article about our efforts to promote Vietnamese managers.
Since the 2016 fiscal year, Meisei has been focusing on the recruitment of Vietnamese female technical interns, with our president, Asahi, personally visiting the local area to conduct selective hiring. As a result, we have successfully appointed the first Vietnamese manager (section chief) this time.
Currently, 10 Vietnamese women are actively contributing to our company. Their high ambition, sense of responsibility unique to women, sensitivity, and teamwork supported by trust have created significant value for Meisei.
Without any distinction from Japanese employees, our technical department head, Hasegawa, has thoroughly trained them in "technology," and President Asahi has poured affection into them as if they were his own children, continuing a "pen pal" exchange diary with all Vietnamese interns without missing a day. In response to this care, they have achieved remarkable growth.
The newly appointed Vietnamese manager, "Tran Thuy Nhu," expresses her excitement by saying, "It's fun to take on difficult challenges. I want to work hard with a sense of responsibility."
She has gained high trust from the Vietnamese interns and is also providing guidance and management to newly hired Vietnamese interns.
