However, the reality is that many projects end at the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage, with few reaching actual implementation.

Meeting minutes, which are necessary for various meetings such as sales meetings and executive meetings, require not only system implementation but also environmental adjustments and coordination for deployment.
■Barriers in Phone Communication
The use of voice analysis in call centers is hindered by the use of telephones, as the voices of customers and operators, along with background noise, contribute to lower analysis accuracy.
■Implementation Beyond Barriers
This seminar will introduce the current state of voice analysis technology and effective examples of implementation.
