Easily design the optimal hand with the online design system!

The custom-made lightweight hand SLG is a robotic hand that you can easily design yourself. No special environment or specialized knowledge is required. Simply follow the display of the configurator (design system) available on Schmalz's website and input the necessary information to complete the design. The designed hand is molded as a single piece using a 3D printer, eliminating the need for piping and achieving lightweight construction. Since the robot flange is also integrated, it can be used immediately upon arrival.

SXT is a touring system consisting of approximately 150 types of parts. By combining holders for pipes, clamps, and vacuum pads, you can design the hand freely. As a highly expandable modular system, it allows for the creation of optimal shapes tailored to specific applications. Since it consists of simple parts, assembly and modification are also easy. Managing parts individually enables space-saving storage and maintenance of spare parts. The parts are made from lightweight and highly durable 6000 series aluminum, allowing for weight reduction of the hand. The Ejector Manifold SCTSi can connect from 2 to a maximum of 16 vacuum ejectors, allowing them to be configured as a single unit. The SCG-HSS is a vacuum-type hand designed to stably transport workpieces with complex surface shapes, such as uneven implementation boards. The suction surface features "alignment pins" arranged in a cylindrical manner, allowing it to flexibly conform to the surface of the workpiece. It can follow large unevenness that was difficult with conventional pads, enabling secure handling and transport of workpieces with more complex surfaces. The operation of the pins is pneumatic, making it easy to use without special setup. By simply fixing the pins to match the workpiece, it can be used like a dedicated hand, reducing the need for designing and manufacturing custom hands or the hassle of changing hands each time, thereby contributing to increased productivity. The FXP/FMP series universal vacuum grippers are large robotic hands that use sponge or suction pads on the gripping surface. They are used mounted on industrial robots such as press transfer robots and palletizing robots.
