The maintenance inspection door for filter replacement and cleaning, designed on the back of the oil booth, which is a collection booth for overspray mist specifically for painting, has been improved from a conventional single-panel door to a two-panel door, making it lighter. This allows for easier removal during inspections, enabling more efficient maintenance work. The oil booth is a painting booth that uses oil to address various issues on-site, such as work environment, pollution, and quality, which could not be achieved with a water wash booth. It features a dust removal efficiency of 95%, a low noise design of 68 dB that allows for conversation and meetings in front of the booth, and an oil lifespan of over 30 years.
