Inoac-made Polyolefin-based PE-Light Z

It is a clean polyolefin-based special foam with low outgassing that does not use chemical blowing agents. It is recommended for precision equipment and measures against sick house syndrome.

Due to the supercritical nitrogen gas foaming method, the foam has very low outgassing of substances such as siloxane, ammonia, formaldehyde, and sulfur, making it safe for use in measures against sick house syndrome and in precision equipment such as electronic circuits.

• Composite Materials

The characteristic feature is that the natural wood grain texture appears no matter where it is cut. It reproduces the wood grain through a special manufacturing method, and no two pieces are the same.

The wood grain sponge TW-65 is an EVA sponge. It has good cushioning properties and a soft feel, making it versatile for use in cushions, flooring (mats), and novelties. We are also open to inquiries about processing into desired shapes, in addition to selling raw materials.

• Other polymer materials

It is a polyolefin foam (sponge) with excellent durability and thermal insulation properties. There are also products that have functions such as continuous foaming, conductivity, flame retardancy, and heat resistance.

It is a poliolefin-based resin expanded 5 to 30 times, and due to its independent bubble structure, it is used in shock-absorbing materials, insulation materials, and various goods.
