The Kolder is a simplified spot cooler that applies the principle of vortex. Without using a power supply or refrigerant gas, it discharges ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C (at a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, in the case of model 190-75SV) simply by connecting compressed air. A typical application of the generated cooling air is the removal of heat generated during the processing of materials such as metals and plastics, and it demonstrates excellent effectiveness, especially in the processing of hard materials and high-viscosity substances (such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and thermoplastic plastics). Additionally, the cooling effect on workpieces and tools leads to improved cutting speeds and extended tool life, making it particularly suitable for dry cutting of magnesium alloys. The "cabinet cooler" reduces overheating inside NC or CNC cabinets, electrical control panels, motor boxes, surveillance cameras, various measuring instruments, etc., protecting precision machinery and measuring instruments from malfunction or damage due to overheating. Additionally, the automatic exhaust mechanism of the cabinet cooler keeps the inside of the cabinet in a pressurized state with cooling air at all times, preventing the intrusion of dust and mist from outside the cabinet and protecting electronic devices from contamination. By using a thermostat and solenoid valve, it is possible to regulate the temperature inside the box and reduce the amount of compressed air consumed.

The cylindrical airflow generator "Circle Blow" is an air nozzle that emits a cylindrical stream of air at high speed from a thin slit, attracting and amplifying a large amount of surrounding air to create a powerful annular amplification flow. The amplified flow, which blows evenly and uniformly in 360°, is effective for draining, cleaning, drying, and cooling long products such as pipes, cables, and extrusion rods. The hole diameter ranges from 25mm to 180mm.

What is an Air Leak Tester? An "Air Leak Tester" is a device that pressurizes the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece with air and determines the presence of leaks based on pressure changes. When a master with no leaks and a workpiece with leaks are pressurized, the pressure on the workpiece side decreases, creating a pressure difference between the two. By measuring this pressure difference, the presence of leaks can be determined. Generally, differential pressure air leak testing is widely used, but Fukuda also offers products that utilize direct pressure leak testing and flow meters according to the leak rate, in addition to differential pressure leak testers.
