It is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, yet capable of powerful vacuuming and blowing.
The jet blower is a palm-sized air volume amplifier that generates a powerful vacuum pressure by blowing compressed air from slits provided along the inner wall of the main body, attracting a large amount of surrounding air from one side while expelling a large volume of amplified air from the other side. With a duct hose, it can be used for dust collection and recovery of debris, smoke, and particulate or fibrous materials, as well as for pneumatic conveying. Without a duct hose, it can be used for draining water after cleaning products or parts, as well as for drying, cooling, and blowing away cutting chips and debris.

basic information
Typically, a 6mm diameter air tube utilizes the full output of a 10 horsepower (7.5KW) compressor, and the noise level exceeds 100 dBA. The "740 Series" amplifies compressed air by four times, allowing for the same blowing effect with only a quarter of the compressed air when using a 6mm nozzle, while also reducing the noise level to 76 dBA. Additionally, the powerful vacuum pressure generated at the rear can be applied to the suction and exhaust of fumes, toxic gases, air, and the air transport of powders. By simply loosening the lock ring and rotating the discharge section, the internal slit width can be freely adjusted, allowing for optimal operating conditions in conjunction with the adjustment of supply pressure. It is ideal for replacing conventional nozzles with a diameter of 4mm or more.

Company information
Our company was founded in 1971 and has been introducing unique and excellent products from overseas to our customers in Japan. We handle over 10,000 items, including fittings, couplings, various valves, and check valves. Among these, we take pride in being a pioneer in the market for small plastic piping components manufactured by CPC in the United States, such as CPC couplings, which we have been proposing since 30 years ago when brass and stainless steel were the norm. These products are widely used in small devices across various fields, including general industry, healthcare, food and beverage, printing, and experimentation, due to their features of being "compact," "lightweight," and "offering a wide variety." Additionally, in the field of industrial air equipment, we have been supplying products focused on "cooling," "blowing," and "air transport" using compressed air, including the "Cryogenic Air Generator Kolder," to manufacturing sites across various sectors for many years. In recent years, we have also been focusing on new product development in different fields, including springs made from PEEK resin. In April 2018, as part of our new initiative to improve customer satisfaction in industrial piping components, we opened a satellite showroom in Odaiba displaying approximately 2,500 items.
