At You Corporation, we reproduce machining of difficult materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, Kovar, and Super Invar with abundant know-how and high-precision machines!! We also handle all resin processing in our own factory. High-precision machining is achieved in a temperature-controlled processing environment. "ROBO TUBE" is a microtube with 1D/2D code that achieves excellent sealing and fitting properties. By integrating polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer through one-shot molding, it realizes superior sealing and fitting. KNF vacuum pumps are an essential component of the medical devices used for such precise surgeries. KNF offers a diverse lineup of diaphragm pumps for cataract surgery. For debris removal, the N 813 is a strong option. It achieves a maximum vacuum of 0.5 mbar (absolute), a maximum flow rate of 13 l/min, and a maximum pressure of 0.3 bar (relative). The N 813 provides stable, reliable performance with a compact design. It can be equipped with a customizable state-of-the-art BLDC motor that enables precise flow control. Its configuration and motor allow for low-speed operation, ensuring the necessary flow rate and vacuum for cataract surgery while reducing noise and vibration.
