Newly listed biodegradable modified masterbatch "Cycle+."

We are pleased to introduce the biodegradable modified masterbatch "Cycle+."
Cycle+ is a masterbatch additive that modifies polyethylene and polypropylene to be biodegradable. This groundbreaking masterbatch allows for the entire resin to be modified to be biodegradable by adding it to PE or PP resins. Since only 2% of the masterbatch needs to be added, there is no concern about compromising the original physical properties of PE or PP.
Products molded with Cycle+ begin to decompose after the expected usage period and ultimately break down completely into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass. While some similar biodegradable modifiers leave microplastics after decomposition, a significant feature of Cycle+ is that it decomposes without leaving any microplastics behind.
It meets food safety standards such as those set by the FDA, making it suitable for food contact applications. (Films made with Cycle+ comply with Japan's Food Sanitation Act.)
