We are pleased to announce that, in collaboration with Simtops Co., Ltd., we will begin offering the paperless on-site form solution "i-Reporter Connector," which integrates with enterprise digital workflows, starting September 16.
■ What is i-Reporter Connector?
i-Reporter Connector is a collaboration application developed jointly by Simtops, the manufacturer of i-Reporter, and Mint Wave, the sales agent, that integrates with ServiceNow.
It automatically links and centrally manages work instructions, progress, and other tasks managed through the digital workflows "ServiceNow Customer Service Management" or "ServiceNow Field Service Management" for field service operations such as maintenance inspections and customer support, along with on-site electronic records created using i-Reporter.
This allows for centralized management of issues and inquiries, on-site work, form creation, reporting, and more, contributing to the automation of the entire process of field service operations, improving customer satisfaction, and reforming the working styles of workers through automatic integration.
