The dome-shaped single-layer explosion vent type EDP is suitable for use in processes involving medium vacuum or overpressure (up to 70% of the minimum pressure (Pstat) when the explosion vent is open), as well as some pressure fluctuations. It is mainly suitable for air-filled devices, filters, cyclones, and containers that operate under strong vibrations.
