The TD-SC1 is a signal conditioner that converts the minute electrical signals from load cells into outputs tailored to the specifications of control devices. This product is primarily used for controlling the pressing force of load cells in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, and factory automation devices.
The TD-SC1 will be available in a total of four models, including a base model and three fieldbus-compatible models. The base model supports analog outputs of voltage/current in accordance with conventional load cell amplifiers, while the new fieldbus models are equipped with digital interfaces compatible with EtherNet/IP, CC-Link, and RS-485.
The design of the unit features a "thin and compact design" that minimizes functionality to the essentials, and it supports space-saving control units through a DIN rail mounting method, contributing to the miniaturization of customers' equipment. To achieve low prices in response to market needs, it adopts a simple design concept while delivering high-class specifications across all models, including the fastest sampling rate of 20,000 samples per second for a Teac signal conditioner and the implementation of plug-and-play functionality through TEDS, which we promote.
