This is a waterproof outlet for waterproof devices that can be directly mounted on machinery and panels with minimal dimensions, featuring an opening and closing cover for compactness. It is also suitable as a service outlet, and by keeping the cover closed, it prevents rain, water, dust, and other elements from entering the outlet area. Compared to conventional panel outlets combined with waterproof panel lift covers, the integration of the product not only reduces the burden of ordering and installation but also achieves approximately 55% space savings. Both the main insertion port and the opening and closing cover are made of flame-retardant UL94 V-0 nylon resin, which excels in heat resistance and tracking resistance. The opening and closing cover can be held in both the fully open position (160°) and the intermediate position (80°). When fully closed, it features a simple lock function that prevents it from opening due to unexpected vibrations or impacts. By covering the back of the body (near the terminal area) with the included insulating cover, exposure of the charging area can be prevented.
