2022 Schedule for Food Safety Training (HACCP 3 Days) for JFS Standards

【Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) Approved Training】
This training is a three-day program that teaches the knowledge and skills of Codex HACCP, which is a general principle for food hygiene, through an explanation of the JFS-A/B standards (Sector E/L). It aims to deepen understanding of the rapidly expanding JFS food safety standards and supports food businesses in maintaining and improving food hygiene and sustainable development.
This training is conducted by the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) and is a prerequisite for becoming an auditor/assessor for the Codex HACCP three-day training.
If you wish to qualify for the auditor/assessor training for the JFS-A/B standards or want to learn the basics of Codex HACCP and food hygiene, please consider participating in this training.
