Our company contributes to food safety through two brands: the "HACCP System Development Institute" and the "JFS Audit Registration Center." At the "HACCP System Development Institute," we primarily provide support for the establishment and certification of food safety systems related to HACCP, JFS, ISO, FSSC, etc. We conduct various training sessions and seminars, including JFSM-approved food safety training (equivalent to a 3-day Codex HACCP training) and internal auditor training (ISO, FSSC, JFS). At the "JFS Audit Registration Center," we perform conformity certification audits for JFS-A/B standards (Sector E/L: food and additive manufacturing) and JFS standards for food service (Sector G: dining, catering, hotels, etc.). We can provide comprehensive support from consulting to auditing.

2022 Schedule for Food Safety Training (HACCP 3 Days) for JFS Standards

【Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) Approved Training】 This training is a three-day program that teaches the knowledge and skills of Codex HACCP, which is a general principle for food hygiene, through an explanation of the JFS-A/B standards (Sector E/L). It aims to deepen understanding of the rapidly expanding JFS food safety standards and supports food businesses in maintaining and improving food hygiene and sustainable development. This training is conducted by the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) and is a prerequisite for becoming an auditor/assessor for the Codex HACCP three-day training.
