Enabling the reuse of oil-based coolants! Introducing the coolant saver from Wogaard.

The "Oil Saver" is designed to enable the reuse of coolant and cutting oil that typically accumulates in the chip container when using an automatic chip container with CNC machines. Coolant and cutting oil cling to larger chips and accumulate at the bottom of the chip container. The Oil Saver collects the liquid through a vacuum cup and returns it to the machine's main tank. It consists of a venturi unit that is installed as a branch in the piping supplying coolant or cutting oil to the machine tool, and a vacuum cup placed at the bottom of the chip container.
