[Inspection Case] Visual inspection of resin molded products manufactured overseas. Reduction of manufacturing losses.

We would like to introduce a case study on solving issues related to the inspection of resin molded products.
Due to complaints from customers regarding resin products molded overseas, we received a request from the client.
In response, we conducted a visual inspection. Among various defects such as scratches, dirt, chipping, and printing issues, we quickly provided feedback to the client on the most prominent defect items.
By providing feedback on the frequently occurring defects, we were able to swiftly identify the causes in the overseas manufacturing line and implement corrective measures. Additionally, we were very pleased to have reduced defective losses in production.
