This is a successor model that improved upon the MFC3045 magnetic field camera, which revolutionized magnetic field mapping of MRI magnets in the 1990s.

A very uniform magnetic field within a few ppm is required for MRI and similar technologies. NMR is the only magnetic measurement technology that can provide a magnetic field map with that level of precision. The conventional MFC3045 was a groundbreaking product that reduced the time required for magnetic field mapping from several hours to a few minutes, with a positioning error of less than 1mm, keeping human error and drift error at a negligible level. This is a three-axis magnetic sensor element integrated into a single chip. It can simultaneously measure magnetic flux density (Bx, By, Bz) in the range of 0.1T to 30T.

The "CCS2" is a ceiling-mounted vehicle counting sensor that employs an infrared reflection method.
