We would like to introduce a case of non-stick coating for aluminum vapor-deposited film sealing machines. ■Problem You were troubled by the issue of resin that overflowed from the film sticking to the sealer during thermal sealing. ■Background Initially, you were using a PTFE fluoropolymer coating, but the sealer surface was knurled, causing the coating to wear off and adhesion to occur within about two months. This resulted in production losses due to the need to stop the machine and replace the sealer. ■Adopted Treatment FSR Coating (using CHC technology) ■Effect of Surface Treatment The 'HR-1372AP' was adopted, which exhibits non-stick properties equivalent to fluoropolymer coatings at high temperatures above 200°C, and has high thermal hardness, resolving the wear issue.
