CFRTP molded products (development products)

CFRTP refers to fiber-reinforced plastic that uses CF (carbon fiber) as a reinforcing agent and employs thermoplastic resin instead of thermosetting resin as the matrix resin.
Compared to conventional thermosetting resin CFRP, it significantly shortens the molding cycle and enables bonding through thermal fusion, thus achieving improved productivity and lower costs.
Additionally, it excels in impact resistance and fatigue properties, and can also provide flame retardancy and heat resistance depending on the type of resin used.
