It is silicone-free. Excluding the lead extraction part, it has a very thin thickness of less than 0.3mm. Various shape processing such as drilling can be done. It allows for flexible heat distribution design, such as adding partial strengths or making the surface uniform.

A film heater is an ultra-thin flexible surface heater that sandwiches a nickel alloy (heating resistance element) between polyimide sheets (insulating material). Since it does not produce siloxane, it can be used safely anywhere.

It uses polyimide sheets, so it has excellent chemical resistance. Since there is almost no smoke, it can be used in clean rooms. The atmosphere can be used from minus 100°C to plus 300°C.
