■Quick Die Change System for Transfer "Q-ACE α (Alpha)" Q-ACE α (Alpha) is a die set with multiple sizes and stages for Q-308 No.1 to No.5. It has a proven track record of creating die sets with an outer diameter of approximately 2500 mm, and there is a record of 16 stages for size No.2. It is designed for installation on press machines ranging from 200 to 800 tons. Additionally, the movement of the workpiece within the press can be combined with transfers or β robots separately. It allows for flexible production by incorporating tapping, welding, and compound processing, as well as splitting the operation of line presses depending on the number of processes. This enables flexible utilization of press processing, promotes the standardization of molds, and allows for the commonality of molds for single processing and automated processing. Furthermore, it plays a wide range of roles, including ensuring worker safety and significantly reducing mold setup time.
